Aight, so I’ve been recording music at home lately and it will not only save money for me in the long run, but it is very easy to do. I’ll tell you exactly what tools/equipment I got and then briefly review one or two of them. Here is what I’ve been using…

  • Blue Microphones Yeti USB Condenser Plug-and-Play Microphone (including Studio Headphones and Microphone Pop Filter)
  • MacBook Pro (which has GarageBand, a program where you can create your own music)
  • Easy Home Recording Blueprint ebook
  •

I had to make investments to get all of that stuff, but it was worth it. You don’t really have to get a Mac if you don’t want to, you can still use a PC. You can also use another music recording program other than GarageBand; I just named those because that’s what I use. I’m going to give you my 2 cents on the Easy Home Recording Blueprint ebook and the Blue Microphones Yeti USB Condenser Plug-and-Play Microphone.

Let’s start with the Easy Home Recording Blueprint ebook. I’ll put it like this, unless you’re really ballin’ and cakin’ up enough where you have no problems with expensive studio costs, then recording in a studio can possibly cost you thousands of dollars. This economy is some shit, so nowadays people don’t have the money like that to run in and out of a studio and continuously pay for studio time. If your trying to make it in the music industry, but you don’t have the most attractive bank account, then going to the studio consistently to consistently make music is going to be tough (trust me, I know).

Now let’s say you have your own music recording program (ex. GarageBand), then you’re on your way to being able to record music at home. Easy Home Recording Blueprint ebook comes into play because it will give you step by step instructions on cheap and easy ways to record music at home as well as how to record music at home. Whether your music turns out to be professional studio quality or not really depends on you and your skill level and your dedication to making top notch music. At the end of the day, this ebook will teach you HOW to make music that’s strong enough in quality and sounds professional enough to be heard and taken seriously.

Owen Critchley is the author of this ebook and he’s a musician too. Google him when you get a chance. He’s a vet in the music industry and according to the research I’ve done on him, it seems like he’s been doing his thing for awhile. Obviously since he’s a vet, he’s been there and done that, so he’s able to share his methods and tactics on how to properly record music at home. I’ve used some of his techniques so far and they work.

In conclusion, if you want to learn how to record quality music from the comfort of your own home, then you need to copp this ebook ASAP. It’s only about $30 and some change and it comes with a 100% money back guarantee, so if you don’t like the book, you can get all of your money back real easy. If you’re an average person who doesn’t have crazy cash flow like that, and you need to record at home, then this ebook is something you need. Just for spending a one-time $30 fee, you will have a step-by-step guide on how to make quality music at home. With all that being said, I highly recommend this.

Hopefully I gave you some info that was helpful enough for you to make a decision on whether to get it or not. If you do plan on getting it, just click on the pic right below and it’ll take you straight to website where you can buy a copy.

Ok, on to the next one, on to the next one… the Blue Microphones Yeti USB Condenser Plug-and-Play Microphone.  So when I got my MacBook, it came with GarageBand (they all do), so I was set as far as a music recording program was concerned.  What I needed was a mic, so I did a lot of research on good recording mics, especially anything close to studio quality and for a good price.  Obviously I could’ve got any cheap, bullshit ass mic and recorded music with that, but I’m a musician who’s all about quality and I want my music to reflect that as much as possible.  Enter the Blue Microphones Yeti USB Condenser Plug-and-Play Microphone.  After doing lots of research and reading many reviews on this particular mic, I went ahead and copped it.

I got the one that came with the Studio Headphones and Microphone Pop Filter.  You need the Studio Headphones for obvious reasons and you definitely need the Microphone Pop Filter because it blocks the popping sounds you make when you say your P’s and any other popping sounds you might make while recording your vocals.  The mic of itself is real dope because it’s a USB plug-in mic, so you don’t need any kind of equipment or interface in order to hook your mic up to your computer.  Once you put the USB inside the USB-port of your computer, you’re good to go.  The sound quality is real good too and I know this because I’ve recorded music in a professional studio for many years, so I know how great your recording can sound when you record on a good mic and the Yeti USB mic is on par with that.  You can still get a clear and concise professional studio quality recording out of this mic.

The Blue Microphones Yeti USB Condenser Plug-and-Play Microphone including Studio Headphones and Microphone Pop Filter only costs $150 on Amazon.com.  So in conclusion, if you have a music recording program but your mic-less, then this is the mic I recommend.  The studio headphones and pop filter are also good to have.  If this review was convincing enough and you want to go ahead and get that stuff or if you want to read more reviews or both, then click on the pic right below and it’ll take you right to the Amazon.com page that has these items.
